Do-Not-Call Policy

Leads.net LLC (formerly known as Legal Brand Marketing, LLC and doing business as Legal Brand Marketing) is committed to respecting individuals’ privacy preferences and complying with applicable telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers engaged in telephone marketing activities on behalf of Leads.net LLC. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Leads.net LLC honors do-not-call requests and complies with all applicable regulations.

Policy Statement

Leads.net LLC maintains high ethical conduct and legal compliance standards. To that end:

1. Do-Not-Call List Management

   • Leads.net LLC maintains an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list of individuals who have requested not to receive marketing calls.

   • Employees, contractors, and vendors must consult this list before making any outbound marketing calls.

   • Requests to be added to the internal DNC list must be added promptly and honored.

2. National Do Not Call Registry

   • Leads.net LLC checks the National Do Not Call Registry regularly and does not make unsolicited marketing calls to numbers on the registry.

3. Training and Awareness

   • All individuals engaged in telephone marketing receive training on DNC compliance, including relevant legal requirements and procedures for adding and honoring DNC requests.

4. Record Keeping

   • Leads.net LLC maintains records of all DNC requests, including the date, time, and method of each request.

   • These records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.

5. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

   • Third-party vendors or contractors conducting telephone marketing on behalf of Leads.net LLC must adhere to this policy.

   • Contracts with such vendors include provisions related to DNC compliance.

6. Exemptions

   • Leads.net LLC may contact individuals with whom we have an existing business relationship, even if the number appears on the internal DNC list, if required or permitted by law.

   • Leads.net LLC may contact individuals who have provided express consent to be contacted, even if they are on the DNC list or National Do Not Call Registry.

   • Despite these exemptions, we honor specific do-not-call requests from such individuals.

Reporting Non-Compliance

Employees, contractors, or others who become aware of potential violations of this policy must report them to their supervisor or the designated compliance officer promptly.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
